Silver Strand State Junior Lifeguard Registration Instructions

RETURNING JUNIOR LIFEGUARDS ONLY - Please download the enrollment application.

complete and send it in with your payment we will send your confirmation and receipt.

Please make checks out to State of California, DPR and write you license number on the check.

NEW REGISTRATION – Download Enrollment form and fill it out but do not send it into our office. Bring them with you to the tryout to save time. You must complete the tryout prior to being registered. Rest assured that we will have a space for you.


New Registrations – Do not send forms into our office.

We cannot process them until your child has completed the tryouts!
